I’m Lois, founder of Precious Bond, a qualified Hypnobirthing teacher, and mother to my very own 'hypnobabies', Ted and Molly.

I practised KG Hypnobirthing myself for the first time when I was pregnant with my son and I have two really positive birth stories to tell thanks to the programme. It inspired me to empower as many women as possible with confidence in their bodies and in decision making ahead of labour. I set up Precious Bond and trained to become a Hypnobirthing teacher on the KG Hypnobirthing teacher training course, accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. I've now taught hundreds of parents-to-be since I set up Precious Bond at the beginning of 2017.

I’m genuinely fascinated by the magic of pregnancy and birth and I’m passionate about giving parents a positive experience of bringing their baby into the world. I can’t wait to be part of your journey to parenthood, from beautiful bump to holding your perfect baby in your arms.
